ScottAlA relocated Texan, Al Killion has been bringing real Texas BBQ to Minnesota since 1993. Here in Eden Prairie, you will find Al and his trusty sidekick and Catering Manage Scott Jones behind the counter almost every day. Baker’s Ribs started out a family-owned and operated business, in Dallas. Founded in 1988, the restaurant has grown into six locations in Dallas and surrounding areas with an additional four franchises, including ours here in Minnesota.

In addition to six days a week in house and take out service, Baker’s Ribs catering serves events of all shapes and sizes. Featured at events including the Basilica Block Party, graduation parties, meetings and events. The signature pink pig brings Dallas real Texas barbecue by slow-cooking its meats over hickory wood in a Barbecue pit designed by founder and pit master Joe Duncan. Known for its “St. Louis Cut” Pork Ribs, juicy brisket, and sauce that bring a kick to your plate, Baker’s Ribs also serves up tasty veggies like herb dill potato salad, creamy coleslaw and more.
