Being from Texas will give this BBQ a 10 a freaking 10 for Minnesota the ribs were darn good brisket was smoked well and the potato salad was on point!

Best barbecue in the Midwest! Brisket it to die for and the ribs, pulled pork, and smoked turkey are absolutely great. Love the beans and tomato sides – but got to have the dirty rice! Every time I visit the Twin Cities, I find time to stop at Baker’s Ribs – the smell alone is worth the drive.
